Our mid-year staff team building was a special day to celebrate the people behind our Stellairians — the people who give their time, energy, patience and heart every day to make a difference.
Through engaging team-building activities, challenges, games and shared experiences, our staff worked together, communicated, encouraged one another and discovered new strengths — with plenty of laughter along the way! Love the group presentation on a budgeted 2D1N trip to Langkawi 🎯🏝️😁
Beyond the fun, the day gave us space to reflect on self-awareness, self-esteem, self-care and respect. Because those who care for others also deserve to be cared for, appreciated and reminded that what they do truly matters. 🌱💙
